*Time Management (Episode 4)*

We all struggle with time management, and the ability to manage our time determines how far we go in life. Time management is essential for success, and learning how to do it right is a skill we need to master.

One way I have found as a sure-proof method of managing time is to plan what you want to do. This should be done by writing it down first thing in the morning, or last thing at night.

When planning what you want to do that day, you could decide to write it in blocks of time, or not. This depends on whether the task needs a specific time, or can be done anytime.

The most important thing here is to give allowance for uncontrollable events, and being realistic.

For example, you can't expect to fit in two hours of gym time, three hours of reading, and so on, on a workday. This is very unrealistic.

Keep it short and simple. Focus on achieving all the things you know are achievable that day, and roll-over remaining tasks to the next day. Make sure you plan according to your schedule.
